At OnePower Readers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day easy return policy on all products.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• Product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Product is unused and in original condition
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• Product has been used or damaged by customer
• Request is made after 7 days
• Product is not in original packaging
• Minor variations (color/fit expectations)

3. Refund Process

  • Product images (if damaged)
• After approval:
  • Pickup will be arranged OR customer may ship item
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Refund Method

• Refund will be issued to:
  • Original payment method (Prepaid)
  • Bank transfer / store credit (COD orders)

5. Exchange Policy

• We offer replacement for defective/wrong products
• Exchanges depend on stock availability

6. Shipping Charges

• If product is defective/wrong → Free return
• If customer changes mind → shipping charges may apply

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• After dispatch → return process applicable
